1. The operator shall conduct self-inspection and follow-up inspection of the production line under its responsibility.


2. Timely change of materials, fill in the refueling record book, and notify IPQC inspection;


3. Responsible for the feed when changing the production line;


4. Prepare materials in advance when replacing the production line;


5. Material preparation in production;


6. Handle the simple alarm of mechanical equipment in the production process;


7. Check your materials every two hours, including during your commute.


Third, the SMT placement machine after the use of precautions


1. Check the printed circuit board flowing out of reflow welding and repair the welding defects;


2. Check whether there is a short circuit of tin slag at the bottom of the parts removed from the scrap board. If it can't be cleaned, it's scrapped.


3. When manually repairing parts, unmarked parts must be removed from the material tray.


4. If deviations, faulty parts and other defects that may be caused by the machine are found, explain them immediately to the lead operator.


5. When removing the board, carefully check the batch number and the integrity of the board;


6. Pay attention to the arrangement of the board, try to insert the side with fewer components into the flip board, and the components can not be stuck in the card slot.


7. If any abnormal situation is found, the relevant personnel must be notified immediately


Fourth, SMT mounter mount product inspection precautions


1. Check the printed circuit board flowing out of reflow welding and check the maintenance products;


2. Check your materials and commute every two hours. Check in time when refueling;


3. Find abnormal situation, timely report to the relevant personnel of the SMT machine;


4. Pay attention to the arrangement of the board, try to insert the side with fewer components into the flip board, and the components can not be stuck in the card slot.
